71% of people don't believe in brands' ability to keep their promises. People want more useful content from brands.Most people rate the current content as meaningless.

What ways out of this situation do I see?

1. Brands must move away from direct selling. First, you need to build a deep, trusting relationship with your audience. Build your own communities, rely on User Generated Content.

2. Apply interactive marketing. From a salesperson, you must turn into an animator who entertains, informs, plays with consumers. Only a well-built two-way communication with game elements will help you turn into a friend for the consumer.
